Brain is made up of more than 100 billion nerves that communicate in trillions of connections called synapses. It is the largest and complex organs in the human body which controls all the functions of the body. A human adult brain weighs about 1.5 kilograms, roughly about 2 % of your total body weight.

4 Sleeping More in the morning. It disturbs the normal functioning of the brain.
5 Smoking It leads to shrinkage of certain areas of the brain which leads to brain diseases. It also stops the growth of brain development.
6 Overeating Food is converted into calories and used by muscles, organs, tissues and cells function. It is due to lack of nutrients in the food leads to developing memory loss and body is hungry. Overeating Effects are increase in obesity; develop high, high blood pressure, developing heart disease and decrease in mental power.
7 Stress It creates health problems which include relating to mental processes, a higher risk for Alzheimer's and dementia.
8 Alcohol It effects are difficulty walking, blurred vision, slurred speech and weakened / damaged memory.
9 Air Pollution The brain requires / consumes oxygen continuously in your body. Inhaling polluted air decreases supply of oxygen to the brain which intern decreases your brain efficiency.
10 Working while sick While sick you have to eat and sleep well why because the brain is slow at that time down.
11 Excessive Mobile phone usage It creates brain diseases like brain tumor, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease e.t.c. short term effects are hormone disruption, sleep disruption, impairment of cognitive function, behaviour, attention and long term effects  are DNA damage and male infertility
12 Dehydration It affects our brain cells. Try to drink 8 glasses a water a day and maintain the well-being of your brain.
