Business Process Management (BPM) is a discipline in operations management in which people use various methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize, and automate business processes. I.e. It in the cloud represented by Business Process as a Service (BPaaS)


Business processes are delivered as a service over the internet used by systems(PCS, Smart devices) called as Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) and require more email messages for communication.
