Step for Registering a Company in India.
There are 5 steps for a Registering a company in India.
1. Apply for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
2. Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN).
3. Apply for Company Name Approval.
4. Apply for Registration on the MCA Portal or New user registration.
5. Registration Certificate of Incorporation issued by ROC.

Types of Companies in India

1 One Person Company (OPC) Here only one owner / sole proprietor exists and he works for the entire corporate structure.
2 Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) It is a partnership in which some / all partners have limited liabilities.
3 Private Limited Company (PLC) It has shareholders and directors. Each person is considered as an employee of the company.
4 Public Limited Company (PLC) It is a voluntary association of members under company law.
