S. No Step Details
1 Try to take bath twice a day and use good cleanser which suits for your body.
2 Exfoliation involves removal of oldest dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. Exfoliation is involved in all facials, during microdermabrasion or chemical peels
3 Try to use cream and drink boiled water (Pure Water).
4 Use Sunscreen protection when you go outside which protects your skin from early wrinkles, pigmentation and reduce risk of skin cancer
5 Try to sleep 7-8 hours per day otherwise it can cause problems like Dermatitis and eczema and skin lose its glaze (skin looks dull).
